Real Assets. Structural Demand.

The infrastructure behind what comes next.

Our focus extends beyond the technology in the spotlight to the physical systems around it: power, electrical equipment, cooling, materials, optical connections and precision manufacturing. We organize that focus into six investment directions, with a common emphasis on understandable business models and practical paths to expansion.

Our Approach

Complex systems. A clear way to participate.

An infrastructure direction can involve many businesses, contracts and operating decisions. You select the direction and type of projects; IAG handles placement selection within the agreed mandate. The account brings the terms and records of your participation together.

Commercial activity behind the allocation.

Infrastructure businesses can generate revenue by supplying capacity, equipment and services that customers need. Depending on the direction, this can include energy and capacity services, equipment sales or leasing, manufacturing, maintenance, connectivity and contracted industrial services. IAG's commercial model is based on participation in such business activity. We do not charge client commissions.

Your allocation documents define your financial rights. Specific counterparties, commercial margins and operating arrangements are handled privately.

Built around systems that can keep improving.

We design IAG around software, AI and explicit operating rules. Research frames a question. Defined procedures guide authorized work. Recorded outcomes provide the basis for review and improvement.

The aim is to keep knowledge and client context with the organization, reduce dependence on one person's availability and make responsibilities clear across functions. Automation operates within its mandate; exceptions remain subject to accountable review. For clients, that means a design focused on consistent explanations, connected records and a conversation that retains context. Claire is the point of contact; the agreement remains with IAG.

Private by design. Clear where it matters.

Our public presentation focuses on the company's approach and the scope of participation. Detailed commercial materials and operating information are shared through controlled access, limiting unnecessary circulation.

Your counterparty, agreed rights and support route remain clear. You can seek independent professional advice under the applicable confidentiality terms.

Frequently asked questions

What does IAG focus on?

IAG focuses on U.S. infrastructure and advanced industry across six directions: energy and grid, optical infrastructure, thermal infrastructure, advanced materials and recovery, robotics and automation, and AI defense infrastructure.

Are all six directions available for allocation?

The six directions describe IAG's areas of focus. Availability belongs to an individual allocation offer and is shown with its current terms.

What do I choose, and what does IAG decide?

You choose an available direction and type of projects. IAG selects the specific placements within that agreed scope. The allocation terms define the amount, calculation rule, duration and conditions.

Am I buying a particular facility?

Your participation is defined by the allocation agreement. It does not automatically give you ownership of a particular facility or membership in the LLC. The direction describes the business scope within which IAG makes placement decisions.
